Evidence submitted to the Madlanga Commission has confirmed that one can certainly use holy terminology whilst allegedly committing tender fraud. Words like “Jazakallah” (meaning “May god reward you”), “Kasam” (Promise) and “Maaf” (Sorry) have all been used in Whatsapp exchanges between General Major Feroz Khan and other alleged muslim counterparts.
